I bought a Telecaster style body on eBay back in June 2020, hoping to make a multiscale Telecaster guitar. Ordered the neck for it at the same time and a couple of weeks went by and I got an email from the seller saying that they weren’t able to meet demand and it was going to be another 2 months before I got my multiscale neck. So I got a refund. I was bummed to say the least. Below is one of the designs I came up with.
So now I had this Tele body that was sitting unused. How about a bass build? My friend had a Mike Dirnt signature Telecaster Bass neck for sale, so I made him an offer on it.
