Roland PK-5 Repair

Disassembly of the PK-5A pedals.

My Roland PK-5A pedals stopped working. All the notes are sticking. Looks like it was in a flood—not mine, the bloke I bought them from years ago. I tried De-oxit and that didn’t seem to help. There was quite a bit of corrosion on the main board that I cleaned off. If I can get replacement main board that’d be great.

Here’s a portion of a post from a keyboard repair Facebook group:
Me: Hi, does anyone have any suggestions for cleaning the contacts on my Roland PK-5 MIDI pedal controller? Removing the rubber contacts is easy enough but putting them back in their little holes is very difficult. Maybe using Q-Tips in rubbing alcohol without removing them? De-Oxit doesn't seem to work.

User: Pretty sure those are carbon switches. Deoxit will ruin them. I recommend replacing the rubber contact. If you can't source it, try using a pencil to darken the contact nub. Or better yet, purchase the paint made for that purpose.

To put back rubber, use a paper clip to push rubber back into the hole. Don't push too hard.

Me: Thanks! I did the pencil lead trick for 2 that I used De-Oxit on but they still stick. I’ll order the conducive paint and see how that works.

(Maybe this conductive paint?)

Here is something that might work but it’s not cheap–$227!

I did find the service notes/manual (see below), so that’s a start as it’ll have the part numbers I need.
Edit: After a quick search, I found zero links to the part number listed in the service PDF or even the ones below! Interestingly in the PDF it mentions the main board as CONTACT PCB ASSY 7713405000 but if you flip the rendering of the board in the PDF around (it’s a mirror image in the PDF, it says “View from foil side”), there’s a different part number on the rendering.
CONTACT BOARD 440 00 0479
ASSY 590 09 0073

If I can’t get a replacement or it’s some crazy price, I have an idea to swap the pedals with one of my organ pedals from my instrument boneyard.
